The room apartments are located in a former office building that has been transformed into 156 residential units. The room apartments vary in size from 20 m2 to 50 m2 and are available from 785 euros per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, service charges and other costs. The room apartments consist of a private living and sleeping area with shared facilities for washing and cooking. You share the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and toilet with the other tenants. All common areas are fully furnished and equipped with, among other things, kitchen appliances and washing machines, which you as a tenant are free to use!

We attach great importance to hygiene within our projects. The shared facilities are cleaned every week by a professional cleaning team.

We have the possibility to park cars on site and to park your bicycle in a covered bicycle storage area.

We only rent to one-person households.
